Dr. Ben Happel
Managing Director
Ben studied business management and law in Passau, Malaga and at UC Berkeley and received a PhD from University of St. Gallen (HSG). Ben has work experience in investment banking and more than 10 years experience in strategy consulting in Europe and the US. Ben has led strategy projects for clients from the telecoms, media, and automotive industries.
When Ben is not meeting clients or candidates he can be found travelling in Asia or failing at being a gourmet chef.
Nils studied international management and economics in Oxford, Paris, Passau and Madrid. He received a PhD from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Nils has been working as an entrepreneur and strategy consultant in Europe, Asia and South America and has led numerous strategy projects in the automotive industry.
After a long stint in Asia, Nils is now based out of Berlin, Germany.
